by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
I have the right to decline any commission (e.g. if it makes me uncomfortable).
I retain the rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on social media, use it in my portfolio, and promote my work.
If you would like the commission to remain private, please inform me about it beforehand.
credit must be given when posting my artwork publicly.
♡ payment ♡
full payment is required upfront before I begin working. For higher-cost commissions, I offer a split-payment option: 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the initial sketch is approved.
prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise (for instance, special promotions or depending on the complexity of the drawing).
I currently accept USD and PLN payments via PayPal or Ko-fi through the tipping feature.
♡ process ♡
I will send you a sketch for approval before I continue. Minor revisions are allowed during this phase (e.g. pose, composition adjustments).
After sketch approval, major changes will not be accepted. Only minor corrections (e.g. color tweaks) are allowed during the finalisation stage.
Turnaround time varies (generally from a few days to a few weeks, depending on complexity and my current workload).
Please keep in mind that I'm balancing other projects and university, so while I aim to finish sooner, the maximum delivery time is about one month.
however, as of now (26.07.2025), i am on my summer holiday; therefore, i have more time anddd i am most likely to finish the commission quickly!
in general, I'll always do my best to complete your piece promptly, but sometimes delays may happen due to life or workload. I will regularly provide updates on the process and inform you if there are any delays!
